Note about size variations:
Due to different measurement methods, there may be errors in size and weight of the product received.

Tiny bubbles may be present in glass products the presence of which is normal and nothing to fret about.

Care instructions (glasses):

Glassware should be protected against high pressure, high temperature, strong acids and bases. Avoid rapid changes in temperature, or soaking the glass in hot water or ice water.

Delivery Policy:

At Le Ménage we use reliable courier companies to make sure your products are delivered to you on time.

All products are issued out with a tracking number so you, the customer can track the progress of your order. This will be sent to you via email or SMS.

  •  We offer free delivery nationwide
  •  Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer for outlying areas or due to current COVID-19 regulations and procedures in place.
  •  Deliveries take place from 9 am- 5 pm Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries made on public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Returns Policy:

  •  Returns should be made within 5 days of receiving the product for a full refund. The company (Le Ménage) will have a period of 10 working days to deal with such a return, during which inspection of returned product and communication with customer will be made.
  •  Reflection of refunds back into the customer’s account will vary once processed due to different banking timelines and varying card issuers policies. However was the refund has been process by the company (Le Ménage) the customer will be notified.
  •  Refunds will be considered only for defective or unsuitable goods when received by customer, otherwise returns/refunds will be refused. Any returned items on the basis that the customer received them damaged in any way will be inspected by us and communication will be made with the customer.

Items cannot be returned for these reasons:

  • Damage due to negligence by the customer.
  • Damage arising from not following the proper care instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Returns related to a change of mind or one feeling the product doesn’t suit them as the customer (or whomever the purchase is made for. Accurate descriptions of the products are provided on our website to help customers make informed decisions on their purchases.

 

  •  Items should be returned in their original state (not damaged, scratched, broken, cracked, bent, unused) and in their original intact packaging and proof of purchase.
  • If the item was gifted to you, you will need to provide the original purchaser’s details.
  •  The customer will pay for the delivery fee when returning the product back to us unless we have sent the customer the wrong or different item from what they purchased.
  •  returns on items won through our direct competitions or competition in collaboration or partnership with other entities will not be accepted.
  •  Exchanging vouchers, item from our store gifted to you for cash is not allowed
  • Purchases made with gift vouchers can not be refunded with cash. When returning a purchase made with a gift voucher the customer can choose another productive the same value or choose the get reinstated another gift voucher of the same value.
